Back to School Prayer Service
The Lavin Scholars of St. Angela recently met with their peers from other schools in the Archdiocese to meet the Lavin family, and learn more about the wonderful opportunities the program offers boys and girls in schools supported by Big Shoulders. We're so proud of this crew!
St. Angela Artists!
St. Angela scholar artists are doing great work and it is displayed all around the building! Above are some of the self-portraits by seventh graders, and others by first graders; butterflies by our eighth graders and collaborative portraits of artist Frida Kahlo.

We're sooooo grateful to our friends from St. Walter Parish in Roselle, and St. Thomas of Villanova in Palatine who help us each year by providing school supplies for our scholars in August, and winter jackets in October. We are richly blessed with generous friends!
Ms. Mary, our volunteer OT, works with scholars of all ages on shapes and fine motor skills. Everyone loves visiting Ms. Mary's Life Skills classroom!
